I don’t know, I don’t think the purchase price of this wordy piece of work would be too bad of an investment because, I could include a guarantee, that in the event that anyone wanting their money back, they would be welcome to do so but, only after I have used any proceeds from its sale to pay my bills, get my kids educated, put gas in my old car and spend it on all things I didn’t expect to spend it on, except for myself and enough to go fishing, dine out or take a small excursion once in a while. - ME
